The aim of this project is to map out who and what industries are involved in agri/fishing/primary producers in the Clarence Valley LGA.
A rich data base from which Clarence Valley Food Inc can:
1) have a base from which to measure
2) Identify any gaps
3) provide an evidence based snapshot of the sector.
The project addresses the need to acquire extensive information so Clarence Valley Food Inc can use evidence based research when applying for funding for future projects. What information is available we as a group are not allowed to access because of laws around releasing third party information. There has been no mapping out of the entire sector here in the Clarence Valley.
Students would benefit by hands on research by connecting with a diverse range of stakeholders from all ages who are interested in AG/Fisheries/Primary Producers.
